I’m very impressed with this app. You can create plans, and within that workouts and add individual exercises, including weights sets and reps. It even has a superset feature. I’ve been looking for an app to track my workouts for such a long time and I am thoroughly impressed. After trying so many workout planner apps and having little success, this app is great!
It also has the feature of pre planned workouts for you from gymshark athletes, which is a great way to get some new ideas and learn some new exercises! Can’t wait to see how the app evolves.Frogmanix 21st September 2019
Decent app. Good functionality and easy to use. If you’re unsure of how to build up a part of your body i.e. your legs etc and you want to see new exercises and how to complete them the videos cover and have listed guidance along side to help. One improvement would be if the app included a food tracker etc, similar to MyFitnessPal so that you had a one stop shop for all of your working out/dieting so that you didn’t have to cross over various applications. I’m fairly new to training and this app has really helped me get started and continue to progress. The quick how to videos really help me to make sure I am performing the exercises with the right form and the amount of exercises to choose from are great also. I like the built in rest timer which lets you know when your rest period is over and it’s time to get back to work. Thanks Gymshark for a great app!captainrucky 4th November 2019
